Payment for goods

1.1 Payment by bank cards is made through eComCharge LLC, bePaid.

1.2 Cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, BELCART payment system are accepted for payment. Payment can also be made through the services of Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

1.3 Security of payment is provided by modern methods of verification, encryption and transmission of data over closed communication channels.

1.4 The data of the card is entered on the secure authorization page of the bank. For payment you need to enter the card details: number, name of the holder, expiry date and three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3DSecure technology or the Internet password for BELCART cardholders, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code. When paying with Apple Pay, select the card from the Wallet app, use a passcode or other authentication method, depending on which method is selected in the app. When placing an order using Samsung Pay, tap “Pay with Samsung Pay,” enter your Samsung Account, and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (by fingerprint, iris, or Samsung Pay PIN).

1.5 The personal information you provide (for example: name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this Internet resource.

2. Refunds

2.1 When paying by bank payment card no cash refund is allowed. Settlements with the consumer for a refund of money paid for the goods, upon cancellation of the contract for performance of work (provision of services) shall be made in the same form in which payment for goods, works (services) was made, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties.

2.2 The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of payment systems.

2.3 The procedure of returning the goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N 90-З “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:
– The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14(fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to him;
– The consumer is entitled to unilaterally withdraw from the contract of performance of work (provision of services) on condition of payment to the provider of the actually incurred costs, unless otherwise provided by law.
– The consumer’s claim for exchange or return of quality goods is subject to satisfaction, if the product has not been used, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from the seller.
– The list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange and return is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus. 2.4.

2.4 To return the funds to the bank payment card, it is necessary to fill out the “Money Refund Application” and send it to the e-mail address [email protected].

2.5 Refund will be made to the bank payment card within one (1) to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the “Application for refund” by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.

2.6 To get a refund on transactions made with errors, you must apply in writing and enclose receipts/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent by e-mail to [email protected].
