PAYMENT TERMS

Payments by bank cards are processed through JSC "Alfa-Bank".

The following payment methods are accepted: international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, as well as the BELKART and MIR payment systems. Payments can also be made via Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.

The security of payments is ensured through modern verification, encryption, and data transmission methods via secure communication channels.

Card details are entered on a secure authorization page of the bank. To complete the payment, you need to enter the card details: card number, cardholder's name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) located on the back of the card. If the card supports the 3DSecure technology or an Internet password for BELKART cardholders, you will be redirected to the issuing bank's page to enter the security code. When paying via Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet app and confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or a password. When paying via Samsung Pay, select a card in the app and confirm the payment using a fingerprint, iris scan, or Samsung Pay PIN.

Your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Card details are transmitted in encrypted form only and are not stored on this website.

REFUND POLICY

Cash refunds for payments made by bank card are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer when refunding the amount paid for goods or when terminating a service contract are carried out in the same form in which the payment was made unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of the payment systems.

The return process is governed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002, No. 90-Z "On Consumer Protection":

• • The consumer has the right to return goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt;
• • The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate a service contract, provided that the contractor is compensated for the actual expenses incurred, unless otherwise provided by law;
• • The consumer's request for an exchange or return of quality goods must be satisfied if the goods have not been used, retain their consumer properties, and there is proof of purchase from the seller;
• • The list of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange and return is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

To request a refund to a bank card, you must complete the "Refund Request Form" and send it to fonts@serebryakov.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment card within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Refund Request Form" by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount.

To request a refund for transactions made in error, you must submit a written request along with receipts/invoices confirming the erroneous charge. This request must be sent to fonts@serebryakov.com.
